RAVIOLI GORGONZOLA [ S E R V E S F

- Ravioli - 1 1/2 lb.
- Heavy cream - 2 cups
- Gorgonzola cheese - 1/2 lb.
- Parmesan cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Fresh spinach - 1/2 lb.
- Tomato - 1
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Drop ravioli in salted boiling water
- Place cream in a pan to simmer.
- Add the Gorgonzola, Parmesan, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the spinach.
- Drain the ravioli and add them to the sauce.
- Add the fresh tomatoes (diced) and toss for one more minute.
- Serve with crusty bread.
