Children and Privacy

Our website offers features which do not require a child to provide any personal information. We collect only limited personal information from children under age 13 (such as their birth date and email address) to respond to their online requests. For example, we may collect a child's email address in order to send the child a game or a coupon for a food item or a toy, but in those instances we promptly delete the email address from our database. We may also ask a child to provide an email address of a parent so we can notify the parent or seek consent. When a child joins our Kids Club, we collect and retain the child's birthdate, nickname and email address solely to provide the child with activities and offers provided by the Kids Club. We will ask the parent for consent using the email address supplied by the child and will delete the information collected if consent is not received or upon request by the parent. We will not collect or store more detailed information from a child under 13, or share any child's information with third parties, without the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not require disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary for the child to participate in that activity. The parent or guardian of a child whose information we have collected may review the child's personal information, ask to have it deleted, and refuse further collection or use of the child's information by contacting us using the information provided above in this Privacy Policy.
